If you use a set of favorite reports regularly, you make like to save them as favourites:
1. Go into the Reports Screen
2. Looking around the screen you have 'filter' buttons that will filter specific types of report.
You want to locate the 'favorite' sections which include:
(1) Favorite toggle (click and the check box changes for Y to blank)
Y means it is a favorite
(2) Show Favorites
(3) Show All Reports
3. Here is an example of setting both Debtors and Creditors aged trial balances as favorite reports
A. Got to Platform
B. Select Report
C. Work with the screen
(1) Select 'Show Favorites' which will filter only your set favorites
(2) Select the report and chose any options
(3) To remove the filter, select 'Show All'
(4) Exit the screen
