There are two options you can set that will improve your connection with SoEasy's servers:

1: TSPrint Redirect

SoEasy uses a program called Terminal Works (TSPrint) to connect your printer with our servers.

There is a setting you can switch off that will save you a lot of bandwidth:

1. Open TerminalWorks on your PC, and select 'Options'.

2. If not up-to-date with the latest version of TSPrint, click here to go to their download page and simply download and install the client: https://www.terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-printing/downloads

3. In the options dialog, select 'Redirection' and at that screen, make sure 'Always map default printer' is set off (blank)

2: Settings and 32 bit colour v's 16 bit

Reducing your connection activity and resolution will reduce your bandwidth usage and increase speeds.

Most people cannot tell the difference between the two setting.

1. Right click the SoEasy Remote Desktop icon and select 'Edit'

2. In the application that opens, select 'Local Resources'.

a) Settings: set as follows

b) Select the 'More' button.  Only 'C' is required

c) Select 'Display'

3. Select General and 'Save'

Now when you open SoEasy, your allocated bandwidth can be better used to save you your time.
