To find out what is on order for a specific item...


  1. Platform - Products - List (next to Add/Edit Orders)
  2. There is a tab on the right of the heading bar called "Items Ordered", select it
  3. Now you can choose which sort order to work with by selecting the heading tab. I selected 'Code'
  4. Use the ? lookup key and type the first few characters of the code you are interested in and select 'enter'
  5. It should show you the closest match in the list.
  6. You can scroll up/down using arrow keys

Selecting an item will take you to the Order.
