To add jobbing staff to the system:




1. Go to Cash Book - Setup

2. Select 'Security'

3. If the user is already listed in the security system you will need to edit them by selecting them with your mouse.

Else 'Add a User' and complete relevant details

4. In the dialog, look for 'Job Logging' and allocate the staff member a unique number.

5. Add their email address and select 'OK'

6. Exit and return in to SoEasy. You should now find the user is listed as a 'Job Logging/email to' staff.
