Speed up Windows 10 : support services

This is a list of areas you may like to visit to speed up Windows.

1: Settings/Updates & Security/Advanced Options/Choose how updates are delivered/PCs on my local network

2: Settings/Privacy/ Go through an switch off anti privacy settings

3: This PC/Properties/Advanced System Settings/Settings/Adjust for best performance - but show thumbnails instead of icons

4: Regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\NetworkThrottlingIndex > set to 8xf = ffffffff

5: Services:Windows Search > Disabled
