Personally I have tried lots of different programs but I keep coming back to GMail.

  6. You also get a lot of Free Stuff such as
  7. 15 GB Online backup synchronization facility
  8. Calendar
  9. Easy integration into other products
  10. And did I mention that it is FREE?

Replying to Emails

If you switch over to GMail fully, you do not need to concern yourself with reply addresses.

However if you want to reply to an email with a different email address than the GMail Address, see:https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=en

It's a matter of choice but there is no particular reason why anyone would need to use a different email client than GMail.

Emails are actually a huge time and money waster. The issue is unlikely to go away so the trick is to evolve an email management system that keeps your inbox empty!

We will provide another article on this.
