Apart from the rules, it is very important to set up an Unsubscribe message inside SoEasy.

See CashBook > Set up > Email Settings > Email System Setup


1: An example of an unsubscribe message is:

“Please reply by return email with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line if you do not wish to be contacted about our offers again"


2: Action an Unsubscribe Request (Must be actioned within 5 days of receipt)

  1. To action an unsubscribe message:
  2. Copy the email address to your clipboard
  3. Go to the SoEasy Platform Database
  4. Select 'Search' and past the email address into the 'Search for' box
  5. Select 'Email'
  6. When found, select the button "Allow the send of marketing materials/emails" and set it to 'N'
