You can export a list of email addresses and names from SoEasy's Database, and then import these into a third party email marketing system. There are two recommended methods:


METHOD 1: FROM THE DATABASE

  1. Client Lists
  2. User Definable Filter
  3. File Output
  4. File Save

There are two options commonly used :


  1. Clients List
  2. User Definable Filter


METHOD 2: FROM THE CALL CENTRE

This method allows you to refine the selection of contacts to suit a telemarketing sales campaign in that:

  1. Decide on a profile of contacts to contact
  2. Profile them through the Call Centre
  3. Send an email
  4. Start making calls about the email just sent



METHOD 1: FROM THE DATABASE


  1. Go to Platform > Reports screen
  2. At the screen make the following selections:
  3. This will create a spreadsheet file or CSV file which you can import into an email marketing product
  4. The export will be downloaded to either:
    1. If on our Web Services, your local BANK directory. How to set up the BANK directory.
    2. If a local installation, C:\SOEASY\IMPORT directory


User Definable Filter

  1. Go to Platform > Reports screen
  2. Select the 'Marketing Wizard' option
  3. At the dialog make the following selections:
  4. Select 'Accept' and a special 'Display Group Filter' dialog will appear.



You can create a formula to suit.

5. Select 'OK will create a spreadsheet file or CSV file which you can import into an email marketing product

  1. The export will be downloaded to either:

    2. If a local installation, C:\SOEASY\IMPORT directory


File Output

You can have both a spreadsheet file and a notepad file.




File Save

The file is saved to:


a) Managed Web Services

Saved to your local PC at C:\BANK


b) Local Installation

C:\SOEASY\IMPORT



METHOD 2: FROM THE CALL CENTRE


  1. Profile your contacts

  2. In the Contact List Screen, select 'Export Names'



  3. The file will be exported to your local PC C:\BANK directory
