When closing an invoice, if you get the message:
it means that Call Centre Statistics accumulation is active.
The new version of SoEasy no longer requires this setting as statistics are automatically being accumulated.
To switch the message off:
- Go to 'The call centre > Settings > Activation
- Switch off
