Currently SoEasy's servers are setup to log off an idle connection after 8 hours.

This would mean that if you left work at 17:00 hrs (5:00 pm) SoEasy would log you off at 01:00 hrs (1 am).


So if you find that you are being logged off SoEasy, it is not because of SoEasy. It will be because of your computer settings or Internet Connection.

You computer is set up by default to disconnect idle sessions so it can save power and reduce the global resource usage (Your Personal Worldwide Device Activity Footprint).


You will have to discover what is disconnecting you.

Some areas you may like to look at are in the Control Panel of your operating system.



  1. Your computer's power saving settings. Set to a minimum of 1 hour before power saving activities occure
