In all studies there is one discipline that wins all diet considerations and that is Caloric Restriction, stop eating so much.
Diet Basics
There are a lot of different theories on diets. I have tried quite a few and have been impressed by various results.
The key focus to a successful diet are:
- Research, research, research
- Lean to prepare healthy meals
- Learn healthy cooking methods (Anything that burns a food is not healthy as it is introducing carsenagens into your diet. Try to eat foods that do not require cooking.)
- Eat whole foods
- Eliminate processed foods
- Cut and even eliminate dairy
- Learn healthy fats
- Cut sugars
- Eliminate refined carbs
- Avoid pesticides
- Avoid ingesting chlorine and fluoride
- Drink mineral water
- Do not drink your calories. Example, don't drink fruit juices, soda, high calorie drinks like aloe vera juice. Check the labels.
- Cut and eliminate alcohol
- Find your goto foods for various activities
- Research your personal results when eating food types
- Reduce intake
- Eat more vegetables and green leaf
- Reduce coffee intake
- Synthetics
And from an environmental perspective, eliminate exposure to:
- Radiation
- EMF
- Smoke
- Pollutants
- Dehydration
- Noise
- Free radicals
Drugs
If your are on prescription, do your own research. learn about side effects, dosages, natural alternatives and how soon you can go off the medication.
Library
As I discover relevant videos I will create a library here.
The videos are not intended to be the answer. What they do is create an awareness about a subject. A lot of the conclusions are not correct and it is very important to look at other research on the subject.
They are a starting point only.

DASH | The Bright Side What's the DASH Diet and Why Doctors Call It the Best Diet? | Having reviewed the video I do not think this is the best diet. It's a well presented video but it misses the point completely. The diet focuses on not eating processed foods, fast foods, and drinking alcohol. These are all good basics to build into a meal plan but the basis of the plan is way off the mark. Refer to the above list of things to avoid. They are the very basics of a good plan. |
Keto | Mic. the Vegan The Magic Pill Debunked | I tried Keto for 10 days. I had difficulty in getting into 100% ketosis but did make it. This was a hard diet. I did have energy but the feeling was that I was not 'balanced' and my ability to concentrate reduced. I had difficulty exercising as my energy level would be reduced. I was also having difficulty actually eating because I was concerned about eating a high fat diet.It simply did not feel right because fats are highly acidic and I favor an alkaline diet. Just because a diet cuts fat and gives you energy does not make it balanced. I do not feel that a high fat diet was good for me. There are plenty of other diets that are not so extreme. Perhaps Keto is a good place to work in if you are needing to eliminate large quantities of fat but there are still problems associated with the acidity levels of foods consumed. |
