SoEasy allows you to assign a quote to Job Management fields so that when the quote is confirmed by the customer, and converted into an Invoice, the Job Management process will automatically activate.
However we do not allow Quotes to move into Job Management because technically a quote is an unconfirmed order and if Quotes came through to Job Management, staff would either become confused or start processing work that had not actually been confirmed by the customer and that would cause a lot of problems.
To get a Quote to move into Job Management simply convert it to an Invoice.
