A customer has several connections to our managed server services.
No matter what is done, one computer, when it defines its printer, it sets the Colour: setting to colour...
even though the default printer is set to black and white (in all areas).
On all computers, the local printer drivers are set up exactly the same way (default printer is the same on all PC's and set to black and white in all areas).
Every other computer sets the TSPrint Default Advanced Document Properties to black and white except 1 (even though set to black and white) shows and sets as colour.
We are reviewing how to solve this issue.
