1. Go to the 'Help' section inside SoEasy

2. Select Teamviewer

3. Process the questions and let support know 'Your ID' number. We already know the password.

1. We cannot connect to Your ID number

If Your ID number starts with a 1:

We cannot connect to you currently.

We can only connect to Your ID when it does not start with a 1

We are currently trying to resolve this issue.
