These are the bullet points for setting up a GMAIL account on your locally installed SoEasy.
1. Go to your Google Admin Panel at myaccount.google.com
2. Log in with the administrator username and password
3. Go to Security and select 'App passwords'
4. Generate an app password for 'other' and call it SoEasy
5. Copy the password
6. Open SoEasy > Cash Book > Settings > Email settings
7. Select 'Email System Setup'
8. Make the following settings
(1) The desired default email address (individual email addresses can be set up under 'security'
(2) Enter the label localhost
(3) Check 'Email Sever requires authentication'
(4) User Name is the main google account holder
(5) Password is the APP PASSWORD
(6) Port 25
(7) This is the email address that SoEasy uses to send replies back for sms
9. Install 'Stunnel'
10. Set stunnel Configure
