How to Process a Government Subsidy

A Government Subsidy is simply unearned income.

  1. Create a suitable account inside the Chart of Accounts

  2. Apply receipts from the Government Subsidy Scheme to it
  3. Process wage payments as per normal


Wage Subsidy Reporting

Probably the easiest method of proving the sales activities for two different periods is with the new Sales Reporting Module.


There is a 'Compare with same period last year' but unfortunately the function is not available yet. (Available August 2020)


  1. Platform > Sales Reports


  2. Set the first report dates and select Accept



  3. Gathering data set 1


  4. Repeat the process for the current period
