Job cards will include phone numbers from two sources:
This is the Platform > Database entry
1. The phone numbers loaded into the database will appear on the job card as below (depending on which job card you use).
The leading character to the Phone Numbers are: W = Work H = Home M = Mobile
2. When you take the details of the job, you can also gather additional information and load it into the Header Details Dialog:
Below the optional phone numbers have been loaded at the time of taking the job into the 'User Definable Fields/Optional Fields"
And they will appear here on the Job Card:
