There are lots of ways to review invoices. This help not will describe one method and is suited to a situation where you need to catch up on billing.


  1. Gather any billing documents (job sheets and supplier invoices) and place them in as chronological order as possible.
  2. Open Platform > Debtors
  3. Select the 'Invoice Review' button
  4. The Review screen will appear.



  5. From your source documents, add the job number to the list on the left of the screen
  6. Select the job and you can edit the details of the invoice
  7. Once the invoice is complete, you can print or email the invoice to the customer

  8. A handy feature is the 'Edit Details' dialog.

  9.  It enables you to a) Add review notes b) Marke the invoice as "OK to Close" c) Assign the review to a staff member
    and 'Save and Show Previous' or 'Save and Show Next'

    The dialog also lets you delete the review entry (not the invoice itself)


OK TO CLOSE


The "Ok To Close" function allows you to mark and invoice as OK to Close from your point of view.

It doesn't actually close the invoice but allows for a further review.

Clicking on the invoice brings up the invoice and once you are happy with all the invoices, you can batch print and or email them to the customers.
