The product management hierarchy is:
Level 1: HEADINGS
Level 2: CATEGORIES
Level 3: PRODUCTS
Level 4: Variants
Level 5: Quantity Price Break Discounts
This tutorial will show how to manage CATEGORIES and PRODUCTS only.
Preparation
You will have already created a basic Wix Site and be in the WIX Dashboard
1: Dashboard > Collections
2: For each Category, Add a Collection
3: Add Products to each Collection
4: Select 'Main Menu' to return to the 'Dashboard' and select 'Edit Site'
5: Edit the 'Shop' page's 'Settings'
6: Define the filter
Make sure to switch filters 'On' and make settings suitable for your design idea.
7: Publish your site, go to the web page, and select 'Shop'
8: Filter the products and copy the URL as a link you can use anywhere to load that particular collection.
NOTE:
This link will only work if:
a) You don't change the Collection name
b) You don't change the website address.
