SoEasy Fees: SoEasy uses Microsoft's secure Remote Desktop Program to connect you to our server. 

Each user at your site has one and these licences. It is a high percentage of the cost of the service we provide.


If you want a new licence we will have to charge the additional licence fee at the current rate (please contact support for details. However if you can use a site licence (someone else at your place of work), it won't cost you anything (except perhaps setup assistance)


WARNINGS: 

  1. If you use someone else's licence, they cannot connect to the system at the same time.
    If they do you will be automatically logged out of the system when they do and vice versa.
  2. Some RDC Managers will not allow connection to your local PC directory (C:\BANK for example). 
  3. Printing may not work

To solve this you have to also have the native RDC on your desktop.


METHOD


1. Install Remote Desaktop Connection Manager

2. Find out the SoEasy RDC Accounts that you want to use by editing the RDC icon on each desktop



3. Follow this instruction video from 3:40 onward (link should take you to the spot)



4. Add both accounts


You can separate the two instances and work in two different parts of SoEasy at the same time.
