There are two connection options:


OPTION 1: WEB SERVICES TEAM VIEWER CONNECTION

If you have SoEasy installed on our Web Services, Team Viewer can be activated inside SoEasy.

  1. Find the Help button (usually top right of the screen)
  2. Select Team Viewer


This method does not allow us to access your actual local computer so it can reduce our ability to help you.



OPTION 2: LOCAL COMPUTER TEAM VIEWER CONNECTION


STEP 1 CLOSE ANY RUNNING TEAM VIEWER INSTANCES

Do you have the latest version of Team Viewer running on your computer? If so you will need to close it before running SoEasy's Team Viewer.


STEP 2 DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE SoEasy TEAM VIEWER


1: Click and run this link

SoEasyTeamViewer.exe


2: Run the file

3: Email us back with YOUR ID (see below) & YOUR PHONE NUMBER including the local dialing code. Example: 075667777



STEP 3 WE WILL CONNECT WITH YOU AND GIVE YOU A CALL


At the end of the session we will close down our Team Viewer and your computer is secure.
