REQUIREMENTS: The SoEasy Enterprise Version: Minimum Screen resolution 1080P
To establish a especial price structure for an individual client:
1. Go to Platform > Database
2. Select 'Customers' and use the standard techniques to find the customer
3. On the right side of the screen you will find the 'Price Exceptions'
a) First, activate Special Prices for the customer and set it to 'ON'
b) Add a Special Price.
Note: You must know the code of the product and set the price for the specific customer
To edit a special price, click on the entry
When you add a new invoice for the customer, you will be informed that they have special prices.
And when the item is added to the invoice, the special price will be used.
Reporting
You can filter customers who have special prices.
